Beginning his professional life in the IT field in 1984, Vincent spent decades mastering the nuances of technology.
In 2007, drawn to the world of culinary arts, Vincent decided to enroll at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu which is recognized as a beacon of culinary excellence. Over years of intensive training, he graduated, equipped with skills that allow him to craft dishes that are not only visually enticing but are a delight to the taste buds.
But what sets Vincent apart is his unique backstory. His experiences in the tech world equipped him with a different lens to view the culinary world. The precision, problem-solving, and innovation he mastered in IT now translate into his kitchen, offering a fusion of technology and taste.
Since setting up Belirub in Jalan Batu in 2013, Vincent’s decision to transition from IT to the culinary arts wasn’t just a career change, it was a calling. And Belirub stands as a testament to his dedication to his craft.

Old school western food stall selling his own way of western food that is yummy and original! If you are bored of the usual black pepper or mushroom sauce from other western food stalls., then this is worth the trip to come and try this stall. They have only 5 items on the menu and everything is hand made by the chef. Food Is made to order. I tried his signature chincalok wooster grilled chicken. Love this blend of sauce that was infused into the grilled chicken. It has a hint of the fermented prawn taste. Chicken is done well. The side dish of roasted potatoes and salad are unique and taste awesome! It's your old school and home made taste. Not your kind of heavy in flavour taste. Will definitely be back to try his other food on the menu! Thank you!

Love the Cajun grilled chicken. The sour cream compliments the chicken. The salad dressed with vinaigrette & croutons is tangy. Topped off with a slice of creamy lasagna. What a flavourful dish, please give it a try! Worth the wait 💪
